Speaking and Training

Inspiration and Keynotes

As a survivor of sexual abuse and assault, Sarah has dedicated her life to creating a world where stories like hers no longer exist. Her resilience in the face of trauma inspires audiences to engage in the uncomfortable conversations required to transform our lives and communities.

Sarah’s keynote presentations inspire corporate audiences, engage high school and college students, and spark action and conversation throughout any event or conference. See her in action.

Workplace Training and Support

Grounded in business research on change management, behavioral science and habit formation, Sarah’s approach to sexual harassment prevention and response focuses on skills, not just compliance.

Sarah’s approach includes a company-wide conversation assessment, skills-based sexual harassment workshop, and a follow-on series for executives and managers around customized skill development. In 2019, Sarah will offer a facilitators training for managers and supplementary services and materials to build your organization’s capacity to build the skills necessary for productivity in gender-diverse workplaces. Social Entrepreneur

In 2017, Sarah founded The Uncomfortable Conversation, a nonprofit YouTube channel now with more than 80 videos normalizing conversations about consent, healthy relationships, and supporting survivors of sexual violence. The project’s partners and supporters include Calling All Crows, Denim Day NYC, the New York Women’s Foundation, HBO’s New York Office, among others.
